As well as offering consultancy AFA also own and run Franchised operations, and will in certain circumstances acquire equity in Franchised companies to help in their development.
AFA has designed a four part programme, allowing the potential Franchisor to develop the franchise model and to adopt the necessary changes to the company structure and management style in controlled and easy stages.
